If you are looking for one to come to you your only chance may be a site like craigslist. I would suggest that you try a store make-up counter, often they will do your make-up if you buy a couple products, personally I bought my lip color and lip liner as well as an eyeshadow she used that I happened to love.
Not hair AND make up. One or the other, but not both. Just a wedding up do or hairstyle will cost you $100 easily.


I live in Reno and I could not find anyone under $100 for just hair...so in the Bay...good luck.


Maybe by some act of God you can find someone on Craigslist who is really slow in their salon.

Have you tried asking on www.theknot.com on the local board? The brides there might have some ideas.
