Yes you can go to Clinque, Sephora, MAC or any other department store. Just try and make an appointment. Usually it's free, but be expected to buy something.Need help finding a make up artist for my wedding?
You can definitely go to a department store and have it done there. I'd check with the makeup-artists in advance, and if possible make an appointment. Some times they're extra helpful and nice to brides and give them a private room and/or help them outside regular store hours. I recomment going to Clinique or MAC.
You can also do a google/yellowpages search for independent freelance makeup artists in your area. There are many great makeup artists that work purely freelance and can work with your schedule.
