I think it's ok to do a bit more make up than usual for a wedding because of the photography. When you take pictures, the lighting takes a lot of the make up color away. It would only show if you had more color. You can take a few practice pictures to get an idea of how much you want to show in the pictures. It's also a good idea to contour and highlight your face more because it does make a difference for the camera. The important thing is to wear make up that'll look nice for the camera. It also depends on the style of the wedding that determines the style of make up. Asian brides like darker lips and Caucasian brides like to do more on the eyes and lighter on the lips.
