Personally, I think that Gold Jewelry looks AMAZING on Red dresses. The dress will be a big enough statement. Keep the Jewelry simple %26amp; chic.

make a statement with the purse and shoes, black of course... and keep the makeup subtle and to match your skin tone, except for the lips which should be a compliment to the dress!
A delicate gold necklace and earrings. Wear red lipstick and black eyeliner
For make-up try a light brown with a darker brown for a natural look if you want to go dramatic i would try some white mixed with a little red but not alot (make sure it matches the dress) for a necklace i would go with diamond or sapphire.
Deep blue and silver for makeup. A necklace with something in black.
