My advice is to get your usual hairdresser to do your hair. They'll have a much better idea of what you can and can't do with your hair and how it will suit you. It will also give you a change for experimentation during the next year.
As for make up, your hairdresser is bound to know a professional or two. Don't do your own make up, or let your mates do it. What looks great on a night out doesn't look as good on your wedding photos.
Good luck and the best wishes for married life!!Hair and make-up for my wedding?
I used a small company called Mary Kay for makeup and she was great

look on the internet for mobile hairdressers, i got one who done both hair and make-up for a great price and she was brilliant. enjoy your big day.
Go to a recommended Hairdresser, have some experimental sessions with them and if you get on with them book them for the morning of the wedding ! Well in advance !
Good luck !
Ooh, I'd reccomend Tony and Guy in golders green or WADE which is just down the road, they're all brilliant and very cheerful too!
